No. Kasazon operates with full transparency. You'll see all costs upfront before confirming any order. The only variable costs are transaction commission (5-12%) and logistics fees (quoted per shipment). There are no monthly fees, listing fees during pilot, or hidden charges.

Logistics costs are based on: (1) Product dimensions and weight, (2) Origin and destination, (3) Shipping method and speed, (4) Customs duties and taxes (where applicable), (5) Warehousing duration, and (6) Last-mile delivery requirements. All logistics quotes are provided before order confirmation.

Commission covers: Platform access and maintenance, buyer verification and matching, trade coordination and documentation support, payment orchestration, quality assurance oversight, dispute resolution services, and dedicated account management.

Pilot incentives are available to early partners joining during our initial rollout phase (2024). These include no listing fees and reduced commission rates. Specific terms and duration will be communicated during onboarding and may vary based on partnership level and volume commitments.
